You Asked, We Answered
What should we bring?
Primarily good spirits, sunscreen and a bathing suit!
We have towels, drinks, snacks, music, snorkeling equipment, SUP boards, fishing rods, a cooler, cushions, and even a BBQ for any fish that you catch on board.
If you have any special requests (dietary restrictions, kids menu or music requests) don't hesitate to let us know!
Can we bring our kids?
Kids are welcome on board! We have special life jackets as well as kid-sized snorkeling equipment and kid friendly drinks and snacks.
Ask about our kids prices, up to age 18.
How are you dealing with COVID-19?
The captain as well as the crew are being tested regularly.
We follow all hygiene standards required by the Costa Rican Government as well as test temperature at the beach before boarding.
We also regularly disinfect the catamaran after every tour.
What are your safety measures?
Being a catamaran, Kaya is very stable even in rougher waters, we have PFDs (personal floatation devices) for all crew and guests (including the little ones), we have a dinghy behind the boat used to transport passengers to secluded beaches or in case of any emergencies.
On board we have a full first aid kit and people trained to use it.
What about special requests?
If you have any special requests, whether its a multi-day tour, dietary restrictions, a certain place you would like to see from the water, combined tours (ex. snorkelling + sunset), just ask!
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure.
We reserve the right to postpone due to weather conditions.
